Blueberry muffins recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup = 240 ml
  • 2 cups of AP flour (13% protein)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberries or your favorite berry
Cooking instructions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix them well.
  2. Add in the wet ingredients and combine everything together.
  3. Add in the blueberries and mix lightly to combine.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 c.
  5. Oil your muffins tray with some olive oil then divide the batter into 6 portions in the tray
  6. Bake for 25 min
  7. Enjoy!
