Blueberry muffins recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup = 240 ml
- 2 cups of AP flour (13% protein)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup blueberries or your favorite berry
Cooking instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix them well.
- Add in the wet ingredients and combine everything together.
- Add in the blueberries and mix lightly to combine.
- Preheat the oven to 180 c.
- Oil your muffins tray with some olive oil then divide the batter into 6 portions in the tray
- Bake for 25 min
